Welcome to the Village!

The Energy Transition Village is a convivial part of the Conference, it is a space to continue debates and meet new people. You can learn about projects and initiatives here, exchange innovative ideas, find solutions and gain a different insight on local problems.

Come and set the world to rights over a welcome drink!

The space is organised around “Carnotzet” and the village square, offering participants a relaxed area to encourage discussion.

Stand : Grand Genève in Transition
Learn about the concept of climate twins! The 8 members of Grand Genève highlight their territorial project for our adaptation to climate change.

Stand : Night/Day
This stand presents a path outlining the aspects of urban planning: light pollution, solar maps, etc.

You can find the Metropolitan Pole of the French Geneva area, SYANE, SIEA and ENEDIS on this stand.

Stand : Co-Organisers
This stand addresses the question of mobility that is more than ever at the centre of debate, with 3 territories and 3 projects!

You can find the Dunkirk Urban Community, Greater Bordeaux, ADEME and Grand Genève on this stand.

Stand : Geneva as a host
In the centre of Genève and together with its partners, SIG will present its pioneering Eco21 programme on energy efficiency and savings; its projects on renewable thermal energy, notably presenting the GeniLac project; its activities in the field of geothermal energy; as well as its actions in developing smart districts.
