Rendez-vous annuel incontournable des acteurs engagés dans la transition énergétique des territoires depuis 1999, les Assises Européennes de la Transition Energétiques accueillent chaque année plus de 3500 participants – collectivités, scientifiques et experts de la transition écologique, acteurs économiques et associatifs, pour 3 jours de débats et de rencontres. Au programme : plus de 100 rendez-vous : plénières, tables rondes, entretiens, témoignages, ateliers ou encore visites de sites, pour se rencontrer, échanger, partager et faire le plein d’inspiration !

• Des plénières menées par des experts et grands témoins pour poser les grands enjeux actuels de la transition énergétique.
• Un large programme d’ateliers, imaginé en collaboration avec les acteurs locaux engagés dans la transition énergétique pour faire des Assises un véritable laboratoire d’idées et un concentré d’expériences et de solutions concrètes.
• Des visites thématiques à la découverte des initiatives énergétiques durables mises en œuvre par le territoire d’accueil. Les Assises donnent aussi à voir la transition énergétique en action !
• Un Carrefour des Métiers de la Transition Energétique, véritable « événement dans l’événement », qui met à l’honneur les nouvelles filières professionnelles et nouveaux métiers en lien avec la transition énergétique.
• Un espace dédié à l’innovation en matière de mobilité, d’habitat, de valorisation des déchets, de nouvelles énergies : le village de la transition énergétique !

« LE OFF » des Assises !

En parallèle de cette programmation « IN », les Assises proposent également un programme « OFF » – un mois d’animations à destination du grand public sur l’ensemble du territoire d’accueil de l’événement ! Ateliers, expositions, balades, projections, jeux, spectacles, concerts… A la fois pédagogique et ludique, le programme s’adresse à tous les publics : enfants, adultes, amateurs éclairés, curieux ou spécialistes de la question de la transition énergétique et écologique. Au total plus de 50 événements énergisants, portés par les associations locales et les collectivités du territoire !

  List of the hostels and residences

Guests of a hotel, a youth hostel or a Geneva campsite receive the «Geneva Transport Card». Thanks to this card, it entitles them to free public transportation for the duration of your stay.

This personal and non-transferable card is offered by the establishment where you will stay. It allows you to use without limits the Geneva network of public transport (UNIRESO: bus (TPG), train (CFF) and boat (Mouettes genevoises) for the duration of your stay.

At the airport, when you arrive, remember to collect your free public transport ticket for 80 minutes!

On the arrival floor at the airport, visitors can retrieve a free public transport ticket from the ticket machine in the luggage retrieval hall.

This Unireso ticket, offered by Genève Aéroport, allows you to use public transport in Geneva for free for 80 minutes. It takes only 6 minutes from/to Geneva city centre by train, leaving approximately every 12 minutes from the airport. There is direct access to the airport railway station from the airport Check-in and Arrival levels.

Palexpo is an exhibition and convention centre in Geneva that provides an international venue and first-rate services for sporting, economic and cultural events. Palexpo is ten minutes walk from the airport and its railway station, where trains provide connections for all of Switzerland (Geneva in less than 10 minutes, Lausanne in 40 minutes and Zurich in less than 3 hours).
